Holland was founded by J. Bert Holland, a first-generation family builder with 27 years of experience in the industry. Bert is a hands-on builder with a passion for detail and quality. Holland builds the majority of it its homes from scratch. If a client has an idea, a vision, they can bring it to us and we will make it a reality. We have an in-house draftsman, and architects and structural engineers are on hand. The latest state-of-the-art technologies can help translate ideas from pen to blueprint, including CAD technology.
